Permanent Scar is a narrative short film that explores the nature of grief and its many manifestations.

A withdrawn young woman befriends a precocious little girl grieving a recent tragedy, and as their inexplicable bond deepens, she realizes she may be the only one who can help her heal.

Permanent Scar will have its world premiere at Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival in August 2025. It is also an Official Selection of Greenpoint Film Festival, Richmond International Film Festival, and Full Bloom Film Festival, with more to come.
